When we receive your order we will send you an email confirming we have received the order and then one to request the information you would like printed onto you stationery items. (If you need any help with wording options please have a look at our wording samples on the information page of our site). We will also send a spreadsheet if you require the guest names printed onto the invitations & addresses printed onto the envelopes
We will also send email proofs of everything before printing begins (These all need to be checked extremely carefully as mistakes can happen) once printing begins there will be an additional charge for any changes after proofs have been approved.
